1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HearBrew application ("App") and related services ("Services"), operated by The Light Lounge Trading Co., Limited ("Light Lounge", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your information if it changes
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
3. Subscription and Payments
HearBrew offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchases ("IAP").
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice
4. User Content and Conduct
When using our Services, you agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by HearBrew and protected by intellectual property laws. Video content displayed within the App is sourced from third-party platforms and remains the property of their respective owners.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. HearBrew does not guarantee that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Any specific learning outcomes will be achieved
- The content will be accurate, complete, or current at all times
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HearBrew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
